During this step, a Shevock agent will work with you to establish your desired location, community, home wants, needs, and time frame.
When we find your perfect home, be prepared to put down earnest money, which is determined by the price. Earnest money goes towards the down payment and it’s a part of the purchase process.
There are a few more steps that Shevock Real Estate® will guide you through which include obtaining homeowners insurance, the inspection process from start to finish, and transferring utilities to your name. We take you all the way through closing!
Home Selling
Selling your home can be daunting – even more so if you are looking for another property to buy at the same time. The decisions you make along the way could save you – or cost you – many thousands of dollars. The Shevock home selling process makes it easy to transition out of your old home and prepare you for your new journey.
We start with viewing and taking an initial evaluation of your home. After this first consultation, we talk about if updates or renovations need to be done in order to increase the value of your home. Additionally, we determine if you need staging materials. This is a necessary process to get top dollar for your home.
Once we have viewed your home we will do a current market analysis to determine the price of your home. Many factors go into the process of determining the price.
After we agree on a price to list your home, together we will determine the time frame of the listing.
Next, we will work with you to make any necessary home updates. Our team hires PixVid to take professional photos and video at no cost to you. We then post the listing on all home selling sites and use social media to market your house to potential buyers.
Once we receive the best possible offer for your home we go through negotiations until all parties agree and sign the contract. We walk you through all of the inspections, appraisals, and all other requirements needed to close the deal.
Land Buying & Selling
