Selling your home can be daunting – even more so if you are looking for another property to buy at the same time. After we agree on a price to list your home, together we will determine the time frame of the listing.
Next, we will work with you to make any necessary home updates. Our team hires PixVid to take professional photos and video at no cost to you. We then post the listing on all home selling sites and use social media to market your house to potential buyers.
Once we receive the best possible offer for your home we go through negotiations until all parties agree and sign the contract. We walk you through all of the inspections, appraisals, and all other requirements needed to close the deal.
